Review: Fake Mustache

Next Wednesday at 6pm, the one, the only, Tom Angleberger will be coming to BookPeople to speak and sign copies of his books.  Granted, most of us know him for his Bluebonnet Award winning book, The Strange Case of Origami Yoda, but Tom does write books that don’t involve paper-folded characters.  In fact, his newest, zany book is just that kind of book.  We got Merrilee, a 17 year veteran of BookKids, to tell us what she thinks about the book.

Fake Mustache
by Tom Angleberger

Fake Mustache is the funniest book I’ve read in a looooooong time! A light hearted romp in which Lenny Flem Jr. and his new pal Jodie O’Rodeo (maybe you’ve seen her on TV – the Jodie O’Rodeo Showdeo?) save the world from a short man-about-town and his Heidelberg Handlebar Number Seven mustache that grants him Powers.

Be sure to come by and grab your copy of the book, and for more event info, visit our website.
